23016 Harbor View Rd in Charlotte Harbor, on the Port Charlotte side of the bridge. Punta Gorda is minutes away.
What can I store?
Boats, RVs, trailers, cars, trucks, and commercial equipment.
Is the storage covered or indoor?
No. All spaces are open-air outdoor parking spaces.
When can I get to my stuff?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Keypad gate access.
How do I reserve a space?
Pick a space above, sign online, and pay online. You'll get your gate code by email.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Everything is month to month.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit. First month's rent gets you in.
How do I pay?
Online with a card or bank account. Autopay is available.
Is the lot secure?
Electric perimeter fence, keypad gate, cameras recording 24/7, and lighting all night.
Do you have space for really big rigs?
Yes. Spaces fit any size boat, RV, or trailer. Need more? We'll make room.
Do you offer commercial or fleet storage?
Yes. Call (941) 747-1880 for a custom quote on bulk space.
Can I come look at the lot first?
Sure. Call ahead and we'll meet you there. Office hours Mon to Fri, 9 to 4.
